Complaint Process - A complaint must be documented on the approved form, signed and mailed, faxed or delivered to any police service or directly to the Office of the Independent Police Review Director in Toronto at 1-877-415-4773 (fax) or online

Family Consultants and Victim Services Unit - Consultants respond to requests from officers to attend at time of crisis to assist in assessment, crisis intervention and support

Police Reporting Centre - Police reporting centre for motor vehicle collisions and other types of occurrences

Safety and Awareness - Information regarding home or business security or any crime prevention/community services programs
