Service Description: A provincially operated regional resource centre (covering a 17 county catchment area) providing specialized (tertiary) diagnostic assessment, consultation, education, research and short-term treatment services for children and youth with complex emotional and behavioural disorders who require a clinical, highly specialized interdisciplinary approach

Dual Diagnosis (2-18 years) – assessment consultation and treatment on a community and residential basis for children and youth with a developmental disability and psychiatric or behavioural disorder

Autism Spectrum Disorders (2-18 years) - assessment, treatment, consultation, education and support for children and youth and their families with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder

Brake Shop (6-18 years) - specialized assessment, treatment, consultation, and community education for children and youth with severe behavioural concerns or intermittent Explosive Disorder with a diagnosed tic disorder

Attachment Consultation and Education Service (0-18 years) – consultation, assessment, treatment and education for children and youth with a focus on disturbance of attachment, attachment disorders, or a history of traumatic and/or disruptive life events * the child or youth may be experiencing difficulties in relationships, behaviours, and emotional requiring extensive management of the child/youths home/living environment

Mood Disorders Clinic (6-18 years) – consultation, assessment, treatment and education services for children and youth who are referred by a physician and who are suspected of having early onset mood disorders

Emotional Disorders Service (2-18 years) - assessment, treatment and consultation for children and youth with a developmental delay and an emotional disorder

Selective Mutism (3-18 years) - for children and youth who have restricted speech in one or more settings for at least two months and have demonstrated capacity for speech

Sexual Behaviours (up to 18 years)- comprehensive assessment concerning sexual behaviours, can include trauma assessment and sexuality education

Home Visiting Program for Infants (0-5 years) - early intervention program for infants and their families who are at risk of or have developmental or physical disabilities * serves Middlesex, Elgin, Oxford, Perth and Huron only

Urgent Response Intervention (0-18 years) - short-term urgent admission of children and youth in the CPRI catchment area

Homeshare (0-18 years) - specialized placement program in which children and youth who have a developmental disability, medical fragility/technologically dependence and/or dual diagnosis, are placed with families on a full-time and long-term basis in London and surrounding counties
