The Home Support Services pamphlet lists London and Middlesex services that help seniors and people with disabilities to maintain their independence and remain at home. The pamphlet is published by the South West Community Care Access Centre and print copies can be picked up from their office. Produced annually, the pamphlet is revised as necessary, about once a month.
